As we begin to re-open here in the State of Texas, we want you to know that we take your health and safety, and the health and safety of our staff very seriously.
In order to protect you, our valued patients, as well as our staff, we are modifying our processes before we begin seeing patients. This will include minimizing the amount of contact between patients and staff as well as requiring everyone to wear masks. We will also be limiting the number of in-office appointments available so that we can ensure social distancing requirements are satisfied.
512 Eye’s reopening information:
- Routine eye examinations and medical eye examinations will resume on May 11, 2020.
- Patients needing services outside of scheduled eye examinations will be required to schedule appointments. This includes visits for picking up eyewear, glasses adjustments, or any other eyecare needs.
- Scheduled curbside delivery will be available for patients picking up orders.
- All patients and staff will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 when they arrive. Individuals with COVID-19 symptoms or recent history of exposure to COVID-19 positive patients will be kindly asked to reschedule.
We will be adhering to the CDC’s strict disinfection protocols. All communal surfaces in the office will be cleaned with disinfectant wipes regularly. Frames that are tried on will be UV sanitized between patients. Hand washing stations and an ample supply of hand sanitizer will be available.
